KINDNESS reigns at Kids' Connection

"Be KIND to each other" is the verse of the month from the Bible at Kids' Connection. The fruit of KINDNESS as spoken by several children at Kids' Connection today:
"Kindness is when you help someone who's hurt."
"Kindness is when you help someone with their math."
"Kindness is saying sorry to somebody."
"Kindness means that I tell a teacher when someone is crying on the playground."
"I like to be kind to my family."
We've got a great start to understanding KINDNESS as Jesus would have us understand it. We were born with the fruit of kindness, now we need to practice it at all times.

We were blessed by the NWC cheerleaders this afternoon. The children who learned a cheer performed it for us. Go big Red!!! Thanks to the cheerleaders for helping us out today! Thank you, too, for your lessons on kindness!!

Next week Tuesday we will celebrate Chinese New Year! Kristen and Kathy will be sharing with us about China and their new year celebration. It's the year of the rabbit in China. Thank you very much in advance for taking the time to join us! Suzanne has 8 children signed up to take a photography class. The class starts next Tuesday and continues for 2 more Tuesdays. Thanks Suzanne!!!

Next week Thursday will be exciting with Lisa Laird and her puppet ministry sharing about KINDNESS. Following the puppet performance she will teach 20 children how to make their own puppets. The MOC-FV high school girls basketball team will join us that day, too. What a great connection with children, teens and adults! WOW! To God be all the glory!!

Remember, be kind to each other. Have a great weekend!
